No. The subscription is the whole price: no percentage of bookings, no new-client fee and no share of payments you receive through us — 0% on every plan. Stripe charges its own card fee, shown on the billing page.
Yes, through Stripe: a deposit, full prepayment, or payment on arrival. Stripe pays out directly to your own account — we never hold your takings.
From Solo you can require a deposit or keep a card on file for a no-show fee. The cancellation terms are shown to the customer before the booking is confirmed, and the exact text is stored with the booking as evidence.
Yes. Every staff member has their own schedule, services and optional prices. Salon covers up to 5 staff, Pro up to 15 across 3 locations — and you can add more. Chains get an agreement.
Yes, on every plan: a booking button, widget or popup on your own site, a WordPress plugin, direct links and a QR code for Instagram, Facebook and Google. API and webhooks for Zapier, Make and your own systems come with Pro or as an add-on.
