Cancellation policy

At Lumé by Hoykos, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

24 hours or more before your appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 200 DKK will be charged or deducted from your deposit.

No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): The full price of the booked treatment will be charged.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
