Cancellation policy

We keep the time for you. If you cannot come, please tell us in good time — then someone else can have the slot.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your appointment free of charge until 24 hours before it starts. Use the link in your confirmation, or contact us at the salon.

Late cancellation and no-shows

• Cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment costs 70% of the price of the treatment.
• Not turning up without cancelling costs 100% of the price of the treatment.

A fee is only charged if you accepted these terms when booking. The text you accepted is stored with your booking.

If we have to cancel

If we have to cancel your appointment, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new time. If you paid in advance and do not want a new time, you get your money back.
