Terms of sale

These terms apply when you book a treatment with fdsgfhg through our booking page.

2. The agreement

The agreement is made when you receive a confirmation of your booking by email. It shows the treatment, time, price and the cancellation terms you accepted. Please check it and contact us if anything is wrong.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in DKK including VAT. The price at booking applies unless the treatment is changed by agreement with you, for example if you want something extra. You pay at the salon.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

The rules for changes, cancellations and no-shows are in our cancellation policy and are shown before you book.

5. Right of withdrawal

When you book online as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the booking (Danish Consumer Contracts Act). If you book a time within those 14 days, you thereby ask for the treatment to be carried out before the period ends, and the right of withdrawal lapses once the treatment has been performed. To withdraw, cancel through the link in your confirmation or write to the salon.

6. Complaints about a treatment

If you are not satisfied with a treatment, contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you noticed the problem, and we will find a solution, such as putting it right.

8. Complaints and governing law

Please contact us first at the salon. If we cannot find a solution, you can as a consumer complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, www.naevneneshus.dk. Danish law applies.
